Trish & Phill's Tandem TransAmerican

Tour 2003 

Williamsburg Virginia May 4

We took the boxed Tandem to bikes unlimited where Barry & Jan the owners were more than  helpful in putting Lilly J back to normal and it is now fully assembled and ready to go.

 We met up with one of the guys on our tour (Grant) at the motel we had a long chat with him. It appears the same thought are in everyone mind about the concerns on completing this tour, time will tell.

We called into the Wesley Foundation the meeting point for the group and met up with the tour leader (Larry). He will have his hands full for the next three months keeping the 10 of us in the group as a group. The benefit of a group of course is the likeminded talk around the camp fire each night . It will ensure self talk doesn't extinguish the enthusiasms to the point of giving up the expedition.

 The houses are really nice.
